V-Gen

Market Tech is pleased to offer an ever-expanding assortment of pulsed and CW Ytterbium fiber-lasers from V-Gen.  That company’s laser systems are the product of extensive experience and the cutting edge know-how that V-Gen’s professional team has developed since its inception back in the late 1990’s.  With a broad international base of installed systems, V-Gen lasers solutions have earned the company a reputation for quality, reliability and innovation.

Each of the V-Gen fiber lasers is an all-fiber configuration, sealed system with a metal armored fiber cable designed for robustness in even demanding environments.  Special attention has been given to the products’ high back-reflection resistance and long-term stability.  To enable optimization of operation, the laser parameters (output power as well as pulse energy, repetition rate and pulse width for all but obviously the CW products) are user controlled.

While well positioned to address many of the precision-intensive material processing applications (e.g., marking, micromachining, scribing, thin film cutting, etc.), V-Gen’s product offering includes innovations that provide solutions as well for needs of specialized applications including LIDAR, range-finding, Si and solar cell processing, etc.

VCFL Series consist of 1060-1080nm CW fiber lasers with up to 7.5 and 15 Watt output of near diffraction-limited output (M²<1.1).  Their performance makes them suitable for marking, engraving and micromachining operations as well as applicable for spectroscopy, imaging and pumping.
V-Gen CW Fiber Lasers

VPFL Series consists of 1060-1080nm pulsed fiber lasers with tunable rep rates of up to 500kHz and adjustable pulse widths of tens to a few hundreds of nsec, providing up to 1mJ pulse energies.  This capability suits them well for a variety of material processing applications including marking, micromachining, scribing and thin film cutting.
V-Gen Pulsed Fiber Lasers

VPFL-SP Series consist of 1064nm pulsed fiber lasers with as short as 5nsec pulses to produce high peak powers over a range of high pulse repetition rates.  These units’ stable performance is especially targeted for LIDAR and range-finding applications.
V-Gen Short Pulse Fiber Lasers

VCFL-G & VPFL-G Series consist respectively of CW and pulsed fiber lasers with SHG (second harmonic generation) of green (532nm) for 5W CW or 10kW max peak power over a range of 1-50nsec pulses at 50-500kHz rep rates.  Targeted applications include Si and solar cell scribing & processing along with medical, entertainment and display uses.
V-Gen Green Fiber Lasers

Accessories for the V-Gen family of fiber lasers include an evaluation package (i.e., control unit & software for lab operation), heat sinks, alternate collimator/beam-expander assemblies and custom focusing optics.
